Training & Support

You will not be
left to improvise.

The value of a franchise is the time it saves you in mistakes. This is how Body Tonic Rx prepares a partner from first conversation to opening day and beyond.

The Program

Six stages,
in the right order.

Each stage exists because skipping it costs more later. The sequence below is the structure of the program.

01

Orientation & Discovery

Before anything is signed, candidates are given an honest view of the model, the market and the demands of ownership. The purpose is fit, not persuasion.

02

Pre-Opening Preparation

Site selection guidance, design and build-out sequencing, licensing and credentialing pathways, insurance, and the opening checklist — assembled from what two Austin locations required. The brand estimates about nine months from signing to opening.

03

Initial Training

Up to five days at the brand's training center in Austin, Texas, covering the management and non-medical operation of the medspa: system standards, client flow, safety and privacy, hospitality and the daily disciplines that hold a premium clinic together. Three attendees are included, and at least two must complete the program before the medspa opens.

04

Technology & Systems

Booking, records, payments, reporting and communication tools configured and tested before the first appointment is taken.

05

Marketing Resources

Brand assets, launch planning and local marketing guidance designed to protect a premium position rather than discount it.

06

Ongoing Support

Continuing access to brand guidance, protocol updates, operational troubleshooting and peer learning, with additional courses of up to five days a year and an annual meeting of up to three days.

Continuing Support

The support that
outlasts the opening.

Opening is the beginning of the hard part. These are the areas where a partner should be able to call on the brand.
